Alan, Oak, and I have been thoroughly enjoying the beautiful weather and all of the fun activities that come with summer...the beaches, the parks, BBQ's, picnics, walks, hikes, and bike rides...and of course, ice cream! Some of Oak's favorite summer activities are riding in the backpack carrier, high enough up that he can reach the leaves of the trees (this is usually on daddy's back), swinging, and squeezing sand between his fingers and toes! We are having so much fun!!

oh how FUN! I just love watching babies discover the newness of different seasons...and summer in michigan is the best!
